Degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (1974). Specialized in commercial, trade, banking, real estate, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring law. He is legal counsel and secretary of the board of several companies, and he is also the legal advisor of marinas. He coordinates the legal defence of banking institutions in several kinds of legal proceedings and he has been providing legal advice to them for more than 30 years.
